Enjoy your morning coffee in a mug inspired by earthy, natural colors.
This handmade ceramic mug features layers of mossy and olive-green glaze accented with creamy white, warm caramel-brown and naturally occurring dark speckles. During firing, the glazes flow and interact, creating beautiful drips, breaks and variation across the texture surface.
Green drippy glaze mug is a fresh take on my usual glaze finish. This one definitely would be on the list for as a Holiday mug. Made from my own personal mold, each mug created has its own unique glaze finish. This style of mug has a retro-modern feel with a round handle. Individually glazed and kiln-fired, each piece celebrates the natural variations that make handmade pottery special. The glaze movement and speckling are part of the character of the piece which make if one of a kind.
Measuring approximately 4" tall, 4" wide, and holds approximately 2.25 cups/18ounces. The inside diameter of the handle measures approximately 1.5". This mug is glazed on the inside making it dishwasher-safe, food-safe and microwave-safe. Please confirm the measurements to ensure this is the right size for you.
